Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of different follow‐up programs on the limb function and life quality of pa‐tients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage from January 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n=40 ,received with door follow‐up) and con‐trol group(n=39 ,received with telephone follow‐up).The FCA ,ADL and compliance behavior of two groups were evalua‐ted.Results The FCA comprehensive function and ADL score of observation group were higher these of control group.The compliance behavior rate of observation group (97.50% ,39/40) was higher than that of control group (43.59% ,17/39) , which had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Door follow‐up can effectively improve the limb function and life quali‐ty of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
