Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of high‐dose simvastatin intensive therapy on the cerebrovascular reserve capacity of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular. Methods 108 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into observation group (n=54 ,treated with conventional therapy plus simvastatin) and control group (n= 54 ,treated with conventional therapy). The curative effect ,cerebrovascular reserve capacity (CVR) ,breath‐holding index (BHI) ,adverse drug reaction ,recurrence and fatality rate of two groups were compared.Results The CVR (35.19 ± 5.24) and BHI (1.54 ± 0.33) of observation group were higher than these of control group;the adverse drug reaction (31.48% ) ,recurrence and fatal‐ity rate (5.77% and 5.77% )of observation group were lower than these of control group.Conclusion High‐dose simvastatin therapy can effectively improve cerebrovascular reserve capacity ,and reduce the recurrence rate and mortality.关键词
