Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of hematoma position on the operation plan and curative effect of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region.Methods Two hnndred and forty patients with hypertensive cer‐ebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region treated with craniotomy from February 2007 to february 2012 were randomly divided into the control group (n=120, treated by conventional surgery) and observation group (n=120, treated by open craniocere‐bral colostomy point).The hematoma removal and postoperative recovery of two groups were compared, and then the ability of daily life of two groups was evaluated by six months of follow‐up. Results The hematoma clearance rate and long‐term viabili‐ty of observation group were better than these of control group after operation, but the postoperative bleeding amount of obser‐vation group (42.72 ± 18.96) mL was lower than that of control group (98.43 ± 19.67) mL(P<0.05). Conclusion Definite hematoma position has an important role in the operation plan and curative effect of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemor‐rhage in basal ganglia region.关键词
