Abstract
Objective To investigate the operative curative effect of cerebral hemorrhage patients with long‐term aspirin use.Methods The data of 27 cerebral hemorrhage patients with long‐term aspirin use in our hospital from October 2004 to September 2011 were retrospectively analyzed, and investigate the clinical characteristic and operation experience of cerebral hemorrhage patients with long‐term aspirin use.Results There were 23 cases of survived, 10 cases of looking after themselves and 4 cases of death in cerebral hemorrhage patients with long‐term aspirin use.Conclusion Cerebral hemorrhage patients with long‐term aspirin use should stop taking aspirin, accept the coagulating drug, fresh plasma and platelet treatment and select the micro‐invasive surgery.关键词
