摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of supraorbital keyhole approach for resection of sellar region men‐ingioma.Methods The data of 11 patients with sellar region meningioma resected by supraorbital keyhole approach in our hos‐pital from January 2010 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed ,and then the surgical effect ,skills and complications were evaluated.Results Ten cases of patients were treated by whole tumor resection including 2 cases of Simpson Ⅰ grade re‐section and 8 cases of Simpson Ⅱ grade resection.One case of patient was subtotally resected ,namely Simpson Ⅲ grade resec‐tion.The visual acuity and eyeshot were significantly improved in all of patients.Three cases of patients occurred diabetes insipi‐dus ,which was improved by 1 to 2 weeks treatment.Followed up for 6 months to 5 years ,one patient occurred tumor recur‐rence and the rest were recovered well.Conclusion Supraorbital keyhole approach for microsurgical technique has better cura‐tive effect on treating sellar region meningioma ,which is worthy of application.关键词
