Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway of pressure sores assessment in the nursing care of patients with tuberculous meningitis.Methods The onset risks of patients’ pressure sores on admission were e‐valuated by professionals using the international Waterlow scale ,and then patients with different risk degree were nursed with different nursing measures.The pressure sores risk ,Braden Q and Braden scores of patients before and after hospitalization were compared.Results The average hospitalization time of patients with pressure sores was (10.8 ± 2.2) d.There were 5 pa‐tients (5.56% ) suffering from Grade Ⅰ pressure sores during hospitalization and recovering after treatment.The sites of pres‐sure sores were as follows ,2 cases of around sacrum ,1 case of around heels and 1 case of around right toe. There were statisti‐cal significance between Waterlow scale results and Braden Q and Braden score (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clin‐ical nursing pathway of pressure sores assessment can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure sores ,and tracking scores and nursing plan adjustment can promote the doctor-patient communication as well as the satisfaction of patients and their rel‐atives.关键词
