Analysis of electromyogram of children with central nervous system infection combined with flaccid paralysis caused by hand-foot-mouth disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the electromyogram characteristics of children with central nervous system infection combined with flaccid paralysis caused by hand‐foot‐mouth disease.Methods Totaily 75 children with flaccid paralysis caused by hand‐foot‐mouth disease were divided into infected group (n=45) and uninfected group (n=30) according to whether com‐plicated with central nervous system infection.Results The abnormal rate was 98% in infected group (n=44) and 60% (n=18) in uninfected group.Conclusion The abnormal rate of children with central nervous system infection combined with flaccid paralysis caused by hand‐foot‐mouth disease is higher than that of uninfected children.关键词
