乌灵胶囊与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗卒中后抑郁症的疗效
The curative effect of Wuling Capsule plus Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets on treating stroke patients with depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of Wuling Capsule plus Flupentixol and Melitracen Tab‐lets on treating stroke patients with depression. Methods 84 stroke patients with depression in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into observation group (treated with Wuling Capsule plus Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets) and control group (treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets). The depressive‐symptom‐improvement situation of two groups was evaluated by HAMD score ,NIHSS score and Barthel index before treatment and 4 weeks ,8 weeks after treatment.The neurologic impairment of two groups was also assessed by NIHSS score and Barthel index. The curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared.Results The NIHSS and BI scores of two groups had significant reduction especially in observation group 8 weeks after treatment ,and the adverse reaction incidence of observation group was lower than that of con‐trol group. Conclusion Wuling Capsule plus Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets can significantly improve the depressive symptoms of stroke patients ,decrease patients’ neurologic impairment and reduce adverse reaction.关键词
