摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Alprostadil on preventing patients with progressive‐ischemic stroke. Methods 200 first stroke patients confirmed by head CT or MRI in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2013 were divided into control group (treated with placebo) and experimental group (treated with alprostadil). The progressive‐is‐chemic stroke incidence of two groups was compared. Results The progressive‐ischemic stroke incidence of control group was higher than that of experimental group (39% vs 21% ). Conclusion Alprostadil can obviously prevent or reduce the risk occur‐rence of patients progressive‐ischemic stroke ,which is worthy of application.关键词
