Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of risperidone combined with olanzapine for the treatment of brain organic mental disorders ,and evaluated the clinical efficacy. Methods Totally 130 cases patients with brain organic mental dis‐orders in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 and were divided into the control group and observation group. 63 pa‐tients in the control group were treated with olanzapine;while the 67 patients in the observation group were treated with risper‐idone combined with olanzapine. The positive and negative syndrome scale spirit (PANSS) was used to assess the remission of mental disorders before and after treatment for 1 ,3 ,5 ,7 weekends. The total clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse re‐actions were compared. Results The observation group had significant efficacy after treatment for 1 weekend which was 3 weekends in the control group. And the PANSS scores and the reduced rate between the two groups of 1 ,3 ,5 ,7 weekends all showed a significant difference (P<0.01). The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was up to 95.52% ,which was significantly higher than that of 85.71% in the control group ,the difference was significant(χ2 =12.13 ,P<0.01);And the adverse reaction rates of the two groups were 34.33% ,33.33% ,which had no significant difference(χ2 =2.26 ,P>0.05) . Conclusion Risperidone combined with olanzapine for the brain organic mental disorders can significantly ease the mental symptoms ,and not increase the adverse drug reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
