喉返神经显露在甲状腺癌根治术中的意义
Analysis of the significance of exposing recurrent laryngeal nerve in thyroid cancer radical surgery

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the significant of exposing the recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) in thyroid operation. Methods The data of 260 patients with thyroid carcinoma operation were collected ,and the patients were randomly divided in‐to observation group (130 cases) and control group (130 cases). RLN was exposed in the observation group and not exposed in the control group. Results The injure incidence of RLN was 1. 54% in the observation group ,which was significantly lower than of 10. 77% in the control group (P< 0. 05). These were no significant differences in operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the two group (P>0. 05) ,the values of lymph node in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Exposing RLN in operation of thyroid cancer can protect the RLN and reduce the dam‐age rate of RLN ,which can improve the operation effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
