Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation exercise combined with ganglioside in treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods The data of 60 cases of pediatric cerebral palsy treated in our hospital in 2012 ~ 2013 were collected ,and the children were divided into observation group(n=30 ,receiving rehabilitation exercise and intravenous trip of ganglioside) and control group (n= 30 ,only receiving rehabilitation exercise). Intelligence scale development index (MDI) and the movement scale development index (PDI) were used to assess childens'intelligence and motor function before treatment and 90d after treatment. Results MDQ and PDQ of children in the observation group were significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The intravenous drip of combined ganglioside plus rehabilitation exer‐cise can significantly promote inteligence of children with cerebral palsy ,while improving motor ability ,which is worthy of ap‐plication.关键词
