高压氧对小儿脑瘫疗效的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the effect on cerebral palsy treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on pediatric cerebral palsy. Methods We researched medical electronic databases including PubMed ,EMBase ,CNKI ,Wanfang database and Vip database to ob-tain related information ,which was analyzed by RevMan5.2 software.Results 11 articles were included finally.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the therapeutic effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation group were better than those of rehabilitation group on improving motor function scores [(SMD)=0.30 ,95% CI(0.08 ,0.52) , P=0.007] ,Gesell scores [OR= 5.54 ,95% CI(2.76 ,11.14) , P< 0.0001] and development quotient (DQ) [(SMD)= 1.08 ,95% CI(0.86 , 1.31) ,P<0.0001]. Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen therapy has an effect on cerebral palsy. However ,most trials includ-ed in the review show low quality ,and the sample sizes are small. So further research is required to investigate this in larger , long-term studies.关键词
