摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of microsurgery in different approach on treating in-tracranial tumour. Methods 84 cases with intracranial tumour treated in our hospital were selected and received microsurgery in different approaches ,scores of life quality and clinical symptoms were evaluated before and after surgery. Results After 3-month ,6-month treatment ,the life quality scores of 88 cases patients were significantly higher than that before surgery ,and incidence of headache ,tumour compression ,nausea and vomiting ,pituitary dysfunction ,papilloedema and so on after operation decreased significantly compared to before surgery ,differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Microsur-gery in different approach has significant effect on treating intracranial tumour ,which can approve the life quality obviously. It should be widely applied clinically.关键词
