Abstract
Objective To investigate effect and safety of treatment of acute ischemic stroke compared Shuxuening with Shuxuetong by intravenous infusion in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 110 patients with acute ischemic stroke patients selected for the study from May 2012 to May 2013 were divided into two groups ,which were respec-tively given therapy of Shuxuening and Shuxueotong by intravenous infusion. Clinical effects and safety between two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results Before treatment and after treatment at first and second week in two groups , the differences of systolic blood pressure ,diastolic blood pressure ,heart rate ,and temperature all had no statistical significance (P>0.05). In NIH-NINDS scores ,the scores of vertebral basilar artery infarction and fasting plasma glucose in 14-day treat-ment in Shuxuening group were significant prior to that in Shuxuetong group (P<0.05) ,while the difference in internal carot-id infarction was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The scores of high homocystein in Shuxuetong group were better than that in Shuxuening group (P< 0.05).Conclusion For acute ischemic stroke ,selecting Shuxuening or Shuxuetong therapy should be based on plasma glucose ,blood homocysteine and infarction location.关键词
