中西医结合治疗动眼神经麻痹疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Chinese‐Western medicine combined therapy on oculomotor nerve palsy. Methods 74 patients with oculomotor nerve palsy selected in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the control group which only received basic Western medicine treatment and observation group which re‐ceived basic Western medicine therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy (including acupuncture and Chinese herbal are let soup ,etc). The clinical effect of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (94.60% ) was significantly higher than that of the control group (64.86% ) ,with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine have an definitely curative effect on oculomotor nerve pa‐ralysis ,with highly secure ,which is worth promoting in the clinical practice.关键词
