Abstract
Objective To observe the expression levels of LPA and its effect on clinical significance. Methods 90 preg‐nant patients with hypertension were chosen as observation group A ,and 30 healthy cases of late‐pregnant women in the same period as observation group B ,and 30 healthy non‐pregnant women as control group. LPA levels of the three groups were de‐tected respectively ,and relationship between LPA levels and pregnancy complication with hypertension was analyzed and dis‐cussed;Meanwhile ,the patients in observation group A were divided into gestational hypertension group ,mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group.Results Serum LPA levels of healthy women without pregnancy showed normal results , serum LPA levels in observation group B were high compared with threshold ,and serum LPA levels cases in observation group A hold obviously higher levels(P<0.05);and the severer condition of gestational hypertension was ,the higher the LPA levels (P<0.05). Conclusion LPA levels in patients with gestational hypertension increase with the severity of disease. LPA may be involved in onset and development of gestational hypertension ,which can be regarded as an important indicator for evaluation of diagnosis and prognosis of gestational hypertension.关键词
