Abstract
Objective To study the influence of whole‐process nursing intervention on complications after cerebral angiog‐raphy .Methods 146 cases with cerebral angiography treated in our hospital from January 2011 and February 2013 were select‐ed and randomly divided into observation group and control group ,73 cases in each group .Control group was given routine nursing ,observation group received whole‐process nursing intervention .We comparatively analyzed the compliance of cerebral angiography ,pain degree ,and the incidence of postoperative complications of two groups .Results The compliance rate of cer‐ebral angiography was 80 .82% (59/73) in observation group and 50 .68% (37/73) in the control group with statistical differ‐ence (P<0 .05) ,while the pain degree was significantly lighter than that in the control group ,and the incidence of postopera‐tive complications occupied 20 .55% (15/73) ,which was significantly lower than 54 .79% (40/73) in the control group ,all differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Whole‐process nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance of cerebral angiography ,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications ,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application .关键词
