优质护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of the high‐quality nursing intervention in patients with schizophreni‐a.Methods 116 cases with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected as the research ob‐jects and were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,58 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing ,the observation group received high quality nursing intervention based on control group ,and the quality of life was evaluated before and after 6‐month treatment by the schizophrenia patients quality of life scale (SQLS).Results SQLS scores in two groups after treatment were significantly decreased compared with before treatment ;and after 6‐month treatment , the observation group patients the scores of symptoms ,adverse reactions ,momentum and energy ,social psychological were significantly lower than that in control group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion High‐quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the symptoms ,adverse reactions ,power and energy ,social psychology ,and im‐prove quality of life in schizophrenia patients ,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
