微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血的临床效果
Clinical effects of mini-traumatic intracranial hematoma dissection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the effects of mini-traumatic intracranial hematoma dissection in the treat‐ment of cerebral hemorrhage (CH) .Methods 180 cases with hypertensive CH were selected as the research objects and ran‐domly divided into the observation group and the control group ,90 cases in each group .The patients in the control group were treated with the conservative treatment of internal medicine ,and the observation group received mini‐traumatic intracranial he‐matoma dissection on the basis of the control group .The clinical efficacy and the complications as well as the patients'life quali‐ty score after 3‐month treatment were observed and compared in the two groups .Results The total effective rate of 96 .7% in the observation group was significantly higher than 70% in the control group (P<0 .05) .Compared with control group ,the rate of "basic cure"in observation group showed statistical difference(P<0 .05) .invalid rate and the occurrence of complica‐tions in observation were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0 .05);After the treatment ,the life quality scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The applica‐tion of mini‐traumatic intracranial hematoma dissection in CH patients can achieve better effects than the conservative treatment of internal medicine ,which can improve the life quality of patients significantly and reduce the incidence of complications .关键词
