Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the changes of the blood lipid and the blood uric acid (BUA) levels in the pa‐tients with Parkinson's disease(PD) and its clinical significance. Methods 78 patients with PD were selected as the observation group and 88 cases with non‐PD were selected as the control group. The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyceride (TG) ,low density lipoprotein(LDL) ,high density lipoprotein(HDL) ,apolipoprotein A(apoA) ,apolipoprotein B(apoB) ,lip‐oprotein (a) (LP (a)) and BUA of the patients in the two groups were detected and compared. Results The proportion of male patients and the age of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The serum TC ,TG ,LDL ,HDL ,apoA ,Lp (a) and BUA levels of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that male gender (OR=2.218) and higher age (OR= 1.126) were the risk factors of PD ,and higher levels of apoA (OR= 0.428) ,HDL (OR=0.543) ,Lp (a) level (OR=0.824) and BUA (OR=0.506) could reduce the risk of PD. The apoA (rs= -0.455) and HDL (rs= -0.337) levels of the patients in the observation group were negatively correlated with the Hoehn‐Yahr grade (P<0.05) .The levels of apoA (r= -0.392) and HDL (r= -0.318) were negatively correlated with the course of the disease (P<0.05).Conclusion The male gender ,the higher age ,the lower levels of lipid and BUA are the independent risk factors for the pathogenesis of PD. Meanwhile ,the decrease of blood lipid level can be considered as the auxiliary index to predict the severity of the disease ,but the BUA level has little effect on indicating the progression of diseases.关键词
