摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the changes of activin A and activin‐binding protein in patients with cerebrovascular disease before and after treatment. Methods 22 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital between January 2013 and January 2014were collected as group A ,22 patients with cerebral infarction as group B ,22 cases of healthy volunteers as group C ,the Peripheral blood of group A ,group B before and after treatment and group C were collected ,the activin A and activin‐binding protein of the three groups were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The activin A levels of group A and group B before treatment were significantly higher than group C (P< 0.05);after treatment ,activin A levels in group A , group B were significantly lower (P<0.05) ,there were no significant differences between group C (P>0.05);before treat‐ment ,activin‐binding protein level in group A was significantly higher than in group C (P<0.05) ,after treatment was signifi‐cantly lower (P<0.05) ,and no significant difference with group C (P>0.05);activin‐binding protein level in B group before and after treatment ,group C were not significantly different (P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with cerebral hemorrhage exist‐ence of phenomenon with peripheral activin A and activin‐binding protein levels are significantly increased ,and cerebral infarc‐tion shows only activin A significantly increased ,all can recover to normal levels after treatment.
