Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ganglioside and hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of neonatal hypoxic‐is‐chemic encephalopathy. Methods Children with neonatal hypoxic‐ischemic encephalopathy 100 cases from February 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each 50 cases according to receive different treatment. The primitive reflex recovery time ,recovery time ,and the therapeutic effect of two groups were analyzed. Results The observation group of children with primitive reflex recovery time (4.0 ± 2.1) days ,the children in the control group was (6.4 ± 2.2) days. Awareness of children with recovery time in the observation group was (3.7 ± 1.0) days ,in the control group was (6.3 ± 1.1) days. After analysis of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). The efficiency in obser‐vation group was 96.0% ,in control group was 86.0% ,the analysis was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hy‐perbaric oxygen ganglioside primitive reflexes can effectively shorten recovery time and recovery time consciousness ,and it can improve the therapeutic effect of children ,which is worth promoting.关键词
