The currentsituation,values of samples and future strategy ofsci-tech finance in Wuhu

Abstract
Sci-tech Finance is a crucial engine to promote scientific and technological innovation and the development of high-tech industries.Under the analysis of theories and the current status,the study sug-gests that the value of sample on Sci-tech innovation in Wuhu should be concluded as follows:municipal party committee and government attaches great importance to providing external guarantee for the de-velopment of the sic-tech finance;the large financial subsidies meet the internal demands in its infancy;the service platforms efficiently integrate internal and external resources;multi-level capital market sys-tems cater for the requirement of corporation diversification.The future of Sci-tech Finance in Wuhu can focus on the following fields to extend its development.For instance,integrating the existing policies to have a synergistic effect,setting up a resources platform to catch up with the new road,improving the product service movement mechanism in the Sci-tech Finance enterprise's life organism and playing the role of a decision in resource allocation through the Sci-tech Finance market.关键词
