摘要

Abstract

To explore the effects of different time of hormones combination and concentrations in vitro culture of Elephantopus scaber L.,using sterile Elephantopus scaber L.stem with axillary bud as explants,effect of induction and mulitiplication of Elephantopus scaber L.in different levels of hormone 6-BA and NAA ratio was studied.The results showed that the better suitable for shoot induction of explants was culture of MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0 mg/L,propagation coefficient was 2.6 times,and the better suitable for secondary culture of explants was culture medium of MS+6-BA 0 mg/L,propagation coefficient was 2.3 times.
