纳米银对华南毛蕨切叶的保鲜效应研究
Preservation Effects of Nano-silver on Cut Foliage of Cyclosorus Parasiticus
摘要
Abstract
Preservation effects of pre-treatments with an new-type antibacterial agent nano-silver (NS)on cut foliage of Cyclosorus parasiticus were investigated.The results showed that pre-treatments with 0.5 mg/L,1.0 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L NS could significantly prolong the vase life of cut foliage of Cyclosorus parasiticus.Further experiments indicated that above NS-pretreatments could obviously improve water metabolism of cut foliage of Cyclosorus parasiticus,and then effectively maintain their fresh weight and delay wilting of leaves.关键词
