不同型号酵母浸粉及补糖对异养微藻生长的影响
Effect of Different Types of Yeast Extract Powder and Carbohydrate Supplement on the Growth of Heterotrophic Microalgae

Abstract
The heterotrophic microalgae was cultured in the culture medium compounded by FM802 ,FM902 and FM760 three different types of angel yeast extract powders.The culture conditions were temperature 28 ℃and shaker rate 200 r/min of the shaking tables in darkness.In the process of cultivating had a carbohydrate supplement,and sampled 20 mL for analysis every 24 h,the experimental results showed that through carbohydrate supplement,the type for FM802 of yeast extract powder was slightly better than FM902 cultivate microalgae ,the effect of FM760 was a bit poor.Carbohydrate supplement was benefit to increase the dry weight of microalgae.Microalgae still growed quickly when the pH value of culture medium was 4.2~4.5.关键词
