MS-222麻醉光唇裂腹鱼稚鱼的初步研究
Preliminary Study on MS-222 Anesthesia Schizothorax lissolabiatus Juveniles

Abstract
The behavior of Schizothorax lissolabiatus juveniles anesthesia and recovery process under MS-222 anesthesia were studied.The anesthesia state was divided into 6 phases ,and recovery process was divided into 4 phases. During the test the water temperature was 21.6~22.6 ℃,in 20 min,30~40 mg/L concentration of anesthesia reached stageⅠ;50~70 mg/L and 75~80 mg/L concentration of anesthesia reached stage IV and stageⅥrespectively.The recovery time was less than 300 s. MS-222 anesthesia Schizothorax lissolabiatus juveniles ideal anesthetic concentration was 60 mg/L.关键词
