摘要
Abstract
Biochemistry is an important basic course of biological,food specialty in higher vocational colleges.It can accumulate the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical experience for learning follow-up courses.To better adapt to the requirement of fostering the talents in higher vocational education,improve the teaching quality of Biochemistry,taking biochemistry teaching of Food Science Department in Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as a case,practice and research were carried on from the aspects of teaching ideas,curriculum standards,curriculum design,teaching staff construction,teaching method and means.关键词
