超声波技术在肉牛宰前评定中的应用
Application of Ultrasonic Technology in Evaluation of Beef Cattle Before Slaughter
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the value of ultrasound scanner in living determination of beef,30 adult Xinjiang Brown Cattle were selected for the study,focusing fattening slaughter. 20 cows were measured backfat thickness,high eye,intramuscular fat,loin eye area and weight with ultrasound. The regression equation was established on traits(backfat thickness,high eye,intramuscular fat content,loin eye area,high-grade meat quality,the parts of the meat quality,excellent quality meat,all meat quality)after the slaughter of cattle,and the prediction model be validated. The results showed thatby backfat thickness,loin eye height,intermuasular fat,eye muscle area and weight measured before slaughter,established the regression equation of fat thickness,muscle height,intermuasular fat,eye muscle area,high-grade meat quality,the parts of the meat quality,excellent quality meat and all meat quality after slaughter. Proven results of the analysis showed that all the model predictions and experimental results were no significant difference(p>0.05),described the use of ultrasound technology to predict meat quality traits with ante-mortem post-mortem meat quality traits and meat production traits was feasible. Mean while these models could be developed simultaneously as Xinjiang Brown Cattle carcass yield standard reference.关键词
