Abstract
According to the analysis of the data from experiments on sowing stage of spring maize in Linxia Prefecture during the years 2011 and 2012,the results showed that,the daily mean air temperature in the stages between April 5th and May 5th remained between 13.0~17.4 ℃,which ensured an appropriate heat condition.Especially,the maize sown during the days April 10 th~30 th got an evident increase in growth increments,such as plant height,stem diameter,fruit ear length and fruit ear diameter.And the integral growth state of the maize was good,with a high double-ear rate. The subsequent yield was obviously higher than other sowing processes.The conclusion confirmed the optimal sowing stage of maize in Linxia Prefecture to go after profits and avoid disadvantages,providing sufficient and scientific foundations for the stable and high yield of maize in the location.关键词
