Abstract
With the development of economy,new rural construction in China has also made remarkable achievements,the new rural planning and urban and rural planning has become an important topic in the research of agriculture,rural areas and farmers problems.Under the background of further development of modern agriculture and the urbanization process continues,how to implement the new rural construction planning,the relationship between town and country construction and the degree of urban and rural overall planning of land increase or decrease,have been the hot topic of government department and academia.Start from the thinking of general orientation and small point,with the help of a survey of firsthand material,combined with field investigation and in-depth research and investigation,to further explore the influence of town and country land increase and decrease linking on the construction of new countryside.关键词
