Abstract
Existing problems of South China Agriculture University in the transition process from agricultural college to a comprehensive university were analyzed,such as research and evaluation mechanisms inadequate,researchers echelon unreasonable,lack of scientific research platform,the basic conditions backwardness,weak hospital-level research management and so on.Combined with the specific circumstances of the school,countermeasures were put forward against the problem,which included establish evaluation system of scientific classification,accelerate integration of school resource,innovation research talent introduction and training mechanisms,to provide a reference for the transformation from agricultural colleges to comprehensive university.关键词
