基于土地利用变化的退耕还林绩效分析--以丰宁县为例
Performance Analysis on Returning Farmland to Forest Based on Land Use Change:Taking Fengning County for Example
摘要
Abstract
The first stage program of Returning Farmland to Forest Project in poor areas surrounding Beijing City and Tianjin City was implemented in Fengning County,which had caused changes in land use,socioeconomic and ecological environment.The land use changes in Fengning County in 2002,2007 and 2010 were analyzed,and then the effect of Returning Farmland to Forest Project in Fengning County was analyzed from three aspects of economy,society and ecology. Aiming at the existing problems in implementation of Returning Farmland to Forest Project in Fengning County,corresponding countermeasures were put forward,in order to consolidate achievements of the first stage program of Returning Farmland to Forest Project,improve the farmers’livelihood level and gradually eliminate their rehabilitation consciousness.关键词
