Thinking About the Most Severe Prohibition of Straw Burning in Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
Straw burning has become one of the major environmental and agricultural problems.It was prohibited most strictly in Anhui Province in 2014.The problem existing in the prohibition of straw burning and the comprehensive utilization was discussed based on the implementation of Work Plan of Prohibition of Straw Burning in Anhui Province in 2014.The paper analyzed the reasons of the problems and further explored the approaches to solve them from the following five aspectsintegration of workers and peasants,talent training,the market mechanism,personnel training technology research and work improvement.关键词
