Abstract
HPLC/MS/MS method was developed to analyze 1-naphthylacetic acid residue in litchi.The results showed that1-naphthylacetic acid was extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up with C18 SPE,analyzed by HPLC/MS/MS,the average recoverries of 1-naphthylacetic acid in litchi were varied from 86.8%~95.2%with the coefficient of variation of 0.9%~3.1%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reliable and has good repeatability.关键词
