摘要
Abstract
Plant tissue culture technology is one of effective methods of plant seedling rapid propagation.The rapid propagation technology and its points of Lycium barbarum L. tissue culture were summarized.The hormone free solid culture medium was modified MS culture medium.The composition was MS+acid hydrolyzed casein(300 mg/L)+citric acid(10 g/L).The nutrition substrate for transplanting was the mixture of humus,fine sand,decomposed sheep manure and soil,the ratio was 1.0:1.0:0.5:0.5 respectively.The survival rate of transplanting could exceed 90% under that condition.关键词
