Abstract
20 representative soybean samples selected respectively which distributed evenly in protein and oil contents were tested by spectroscopy,and the test results were compared with those obtained by the traditional methods for chemical analysis respectively.The results showed that the tested values utilizing the same samples were basically consistent through chemical methods.The oil contents tested by spectroscopy were more accurate than protein contents,and compared with chemical methods,the variations were less than 1.36 percentage points and the least variation was only 0.19 percentage points,indicating that the spectroscopic methodology for protein and oil determination was stable and accurate.Based on the results,it's concluded that spectroscopic methodology could be used in screening and identifying the offspring for soybean seeds on a large scale for breeding selection and quality verification.关键词
