摘要
Abstract
Taking the stem tip and anther of the Fragaria ananassa Duch. Benihoppe as explants,the effects of different disinfection time,stripping shoot tip sizes,different hormone combinations of strawberry seedling stem tip and pollen were studied to select the most suitable sterilization time,the best stem tip size and the most suitable medium.The results showed that the best sterilization time was 8,7 min.The best stem tip was 0.3~0.5 mm.The first generation of media was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+sucrose 25 g/L+agar 6 g/L,the most suitable rooting medium was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+sucrose 35 g/L+agar 6 g/L.关键词
