Abstract
Myostatin(MSTN),growth differentiation factorβ(TGF-β),is a negative control factor which control muscle growth.In this paper,the basic research,functional mechanism,biological function and progress of MSTN in various animals were reviewed,the application prospect of this gene was also discussed.关键词
