摘要

Abstract

The development status of biological metallurgy and the factors restricting its popularization and application were outlined,the application of metagenomics technology in biological metallurgy was described in detail,especially its application in the exploitation of bioming microbial resources,the revelation of population relationship about bioming microbial community,the acquisition of exogenous function gene and the research of resistance mechanism about bioming microbes.The prospects of metagenomics technology on promoting the development of biological metallurgy research were forecasted.
