氯化钠浓度对美洲鲥鱼精子活力的影响
Effects of Different NaCl Concentrations on Sperm Motility of Cultured Alosa sapidissima
摘要
Abstract
This study was designed to observe the impacts of some factors on the mobility of A losa sapidissima in different NaCl concentrations. The results showed that there were no differences of the sperm to move swiftly in the NaCl concentration of 0~0.8%range. It was better for the sperm to move swiftly and had a longer life expectancy when the NaCl concentration was 0.9%. The sperm motility would be inhibited when the NaCl concentration was 1.0%,with a decline in capacity and life expectancy. There was no athletic ability of sperm in the NaCl concentration of 1.4%~4.2%range.关键词
