硅藻土助滤对黄酒澄清度及成分的影响
Influence of Diatomite on Clarity and Component of Rice Wine
摘要
Abstract
The influence of diatomite on the clarity and component of rice wine was studied.The experimental results showed that,the clarity of rice wine was improved by diatomite,content of polyphenol decreased with the increase of the dosage of diatomite,and diatomite had little effect on the total acid and amino acid nitrogen,but could reduce the total sugar and solids content.关键词
