Abstract
For the purpose of developing new woody orangic vegetables of high nutritional value,soluble sugar content,vitamin C,soluble protein,fiber,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and dry matter in plant leaves of 10 kinds of Hibiscus syriacus were measured and analyzed,and based on the results,the average membership function value was analyzed,and the overall nutritional value from high to end were Hibiscus moscheutos Linn.(61.86),Hibiscus syriacus f. albus-plenus(61.00),ill with purple Hibiscus syriacus(57.41),pink hibiscus petals(53.02),Hibiscus mutabilis(48.57),Huangshan Hibiscus mutabilis(38.65),red Hibiscus rosasinensis petals(38.49),ill with pink Hibiscus rosasinensis(29.69),ill with yellow Hibiscus rosasinensis(20.37).关键词
