不同开口饵料对大鳞副泥鳅仔鱼成活率和生长的影响研究
Influence of Different Initial Feed on Survival and Growth of Paramisgurnus Dabryanus Sauvage Larva

Abstract
A 21-day rearing experiment was conducted to observe the effects of the different initial feeds(rotifer,algae,soybean milk,yolk,formula feed)on survival and growth of P.dabryanus Sauvage larva.The results showed that rotifer was the best initial feeds with 78.3%survival rate of P. dabryanus Sauvage larva at the 7th day,and its survival rates were 68.6%and 67.1%at the 14th day and the 21th day respectively,which were close to that of formula feed and obviously higher than that of the others.Feeding with rotifer gave the highest growth rate of P.dabryanus Sauvage larva,followed by formula feed.At the 21th day,the values of length and weight were 16.53 mm and 5.210 mg individually feeding with rotifer,and the values of length and weight were 15.26 mm and 4.565 mg individually feeding with formula feed. It indicated that rotifer was the best initial feed for P.dabryanus Sauvage larva in the 7th day,then rotifer and formula feed were available for factory nursery of P.dabryanus Sauvage after the 7th day.关键词
