固定修复时制作稍紧的邻接关系以预防食物嵌塞的研究
Clinical research of rebuilding the closely adjacency relationship to prevent food impaction
摘要
Abstract
Using the fixed restoration of the molar as the research object. The adjacency relationship was made a little tight. Conventional method was used to adjust the fixed denture in control group. Each group were given clini-cal follow-up after 1,6,and 12 months, respectively, the incidence of the food impaction in the two groups could be compared. The follow-up data of 1 month showed that the difference between experimental group and control group in the incidence of food impaction had no statistical significance and the follow-up data of 6 months and 12 months showed that the difference of experimental group and control group in the incidence of food impaction had some sta-tistical significance(P<0. 05). The method in this paper could reduce the incidence of food impaction after fixed restoration.关键词
