摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effects of manipulation combined with cervical muscle exercise treating cervical spondylosis of cervi-cal type. Methods:76 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases), treatment group was treated with manipulation combined with cervical muscle exercise, control group with therapy of ultrashort wave and intermediate frequency electric pulse, the clinical efficacy and VAS scores of two groups before and after a course and three courses of treatment were compared. Results:VAS score of treat-ment group were both lower than those of control group after a course and three courses of treatment, (P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Massage combined with cervical muscle exercise treating cervical spondylosis of cervi-cal type is significantly effective, which can relieve patients of neck, shoulder and back pain obviously, and improve the function of cervical vertebra, being worthy of clinical application.关键词
