Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture for spasm that caused by stroke. Methods: 40 cases of patients with spasm that caused by stroke were randomly divided into control group (20 cases) and experimental group (20 cases), respectively treated by conventional treat-ment and acupuncture, then compared the spasm's MAS rating and efficacy. Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the patients of MAS I in both groups were decreased, and the patients of experimental group were sig-nificantly less than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture has significant curative effect on spasm that caused by stroke.关键词
