摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus treating shoulder pain after stroke. Methods:60 cases of shoulder pain after stroke were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with each of 30 cases, control group with motion therapy combined with Celebrex, based on which treatment group applied with magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus LGT-2600B, VAS pain score, joint motion range and total efficiency were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results:VAS pain scores and joint motion range of treatment group were both significantly better than those of control group after treatment (P<0.05);total effec-tiveness of treatment group was 90%, significantly higher than that of control group by 80%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on exercise therapy com-bined with analgesic drugs, magnetic resonance thermal therapeutic apparatus treating shoulder pain after stroke is significantly effective, being wor-thy of popularization and application.关键词
