摘要
Abstract
To observe the efficacy of five non-drug therapies for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery. Methods:600 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery were randomly divided into treatment group (300 cases) and control group (300 cases), the treatment group treated by five non-drug therapies including cervical traction, intermediate frequency therapy, electro-acupuncture, TDP irradiation and mas-sage, while control group by orally taking Sibelium and gastrodia elata, observed the efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions and recrudescence af-ter 3 courses of treatment. Results:The cured rate and total effective rate of treatment group were both higher than those of control group (P<0.05), the occurrence of recrudescence was lower than that of control group (P<0.05); two groups of patients were all no adverse reactions. Conclusion:Five non-drug therapies have significant curative effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery, and their safety makes patients be willing to ac-cept, which deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
